Toxic Parents: Overcoming Their Hurtful Legacy and Reclaiming Your Life by Susan Forward, ©l989 Whether you suffered mild abuse and neglect or severe, this book will help you to heal your inner child with indepth insights and writing assignments. It will also help you to unravel your current guilt with your parents and how to handle them in your present day life.
